Price Adjustment :

per dry metric tons fraction pro-rate.
For excess Silica "SiO2" at the rate of -US$0.05 per dry metric tons or fraction pro-rate for each 0.1% in excess of 8%
Payment Terms :
LC 100% payable at sight against loading port payment documents.
