Terms of payment :
%10 of total contract (36 months) TT , against %110 BG , 1 part LC at sight upon presentation of Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL copy at the Bank
Loading port : At the seller option
Shipment : With ship tankers , first shipment within 45~55 days of depositing and confirmed LC
Insurance : Covered by Seller
Inspection : Buyer or Buyer’s representative or by any 3

party inspection at sellers option after contract and depositing.
Remarks : a) partial shipment allowed / Transshipment allowed
b) beneficiary allowed to claim LC at sight
