Price Adjustment :
For each 1.0% Fe content above 63%, the base price shall be increased by

metric tons fraction pro-rate and for each 1.0% Fe content below 63%,
the base price shall
be decreased by US$3.00 per dry metric tons fraction pro-rate.
For excess Silica "SiO2" at the rate of -US$0.05 per dry metric tons or
fraction pro-rate for
each 0.1% in excess of 6%
Payment Terms :
LC 100% payable at sight against loading port payment documents.
